| An unsoldered printed circuit board (PCB) from Philips. PCBs comprise of copper electroplated resin which is etched to create circuits on the board using lithographic processes. The green of the circuit board is a resin overcoat which protects the PCB from damage. These resins come in different colours, often denoting a different kind of board (prototypes for example commonly are red coloured). |
